The listed PHP Requirements for 3.3+ is 5.6.5. My PHP Version is 5.6.30. I have asked my web host provider to increase my PHP Version to a minimum of 5.6.5. They have been most unhelpful and state the following: "You should be able to update moodle with the php version on your server ".
